This is, instunning full color, a photo chronicle of that gathering that consisted of fantastic parades and ceremonies which included all branches of the Wehrmacht, SS and veterans’ organizations in all their regalia. In a manner of speaking, these events could be described as a Military Nuremberg Rally, but on a slightly smaller scale, although only one took place due to the onset of war. 65 color photos of the events are contained, the majority of them being "gate-fold" in that they are connected, taking up two pages of the book. Also included is a reproduction of a period booklet containing 55 black and white photos of the event.
